Pre Market Report:

  1. US markets fell.
  2. One of the Fed members spoke of Fed Tapering in December meeting itself.
  3. That is the main reason for fall.
  4. But late in the evening, the deal was made to avert the US Govt. shut down.
  5. So US futures are up now.
  6. So this good news will limit the downside here.
  7. Based on the option prices, we see that Nifty is neither falling more than 150 points nor rising more than 150 points from the level of 6350.
  8. That is why VIX has been crashing.
  9. Gold, Crude oil are trading stable.
  10. Capital goods and power sector came under selling pressure.
  11. IT stocks rose.
  12. When this kind of sectoral rotation start happening, this will be the early signs of bull market.
