Pre Market Report:

1. Dow fell for three days.
2. Yesterday's fall was significant due to bad corporate results and Chinese PMI data.
3. But after the markets close Microsoft declared good results.
4. So now Dow future is slightly higher.
5. So the impact in Asia will also be limited.
6. Here markets will open gap down.
7. Sentiment has been good here and our markets outperformed world markets for the last two days.
8. Also FIIs have bought for a significant amount.
9. So it is not a good idea to short the market.
10. Markets may recover towards the end.
11. Friday afternoon trade is always difficult to predict.
12. SGX Nifty is trading around 6325.
13. Nifty future is expected to trade between 6300 and 6380.
