Mid Market Report:

1. Markets are trading at the support band that we mentioned in the morning.
2. But short sellers are likely to close their positions towards the end of the day.
3. Some big news is expected over the week end about a part of Ukraine, crimea being annexed by Russia.
4. So markets may gap up or gap down on Monday.
5. So there may be a small short covering rally towards the end.
6. As we always mention, Friday afternoon trade is difficult to predict.
7. Europe is likely to open negative, about 0.25 to 0.50% lower.
8. US futures are flat.
9. Since the markets are trading by factoring in Ukraine and China problem, the down side from here is limited. 
10. Except Pharma sector, all other sectors are down.
11. If Nifty future closes between 6500 and 6520, then it is positive for our markets.
