hello sir, how to select stocks for delta hugging trading.
ReplyDeleteDelta hedging is not about selecting a stock. Select a stock and sell both out of money Put option and Call option. In case if the share goes up, then sell additional put option and if share goes down, then sell additional call option. Selling additional Put or Call option in order to avoid losses is called Delta Hedging.
ReplyDeletehello sir, a stock is selected and before selling puts and calls what are factors mainly to watch like supports, resistance etc. pls carify.
ReplyDeleteWhy the particular stock is selected is clearly explained in the weekly strategies as and when a stock is selected. Once again I am not a technical person, so no support or resistance. I just use fundamental analysis to decide the range. Yet I make lot of money. January, February and March, I have made about Rs 25 Lakhs only in Auro Pharma. Is it not GREAT?
DeleteFantastic achievemnt, How much was required for making 25 Lakhs of profit in AuroPharma
DeleteReally great sir. how much your initial capital?
ReplyDeleteIt is difficult to tell as I do not invest only in Auro Pharma. I have position in Nifty, Bank Nifty, Auro Pharma, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda. Also little positions in LIC Housing and Arvind. It is a mixture, I do not segregate how much invested in what stock. As and when markets keep moving, shuffling, shifting, profit booking and delta hedging keep happening on day to day basis. Overall I am giving 50% to 60% return (per annum) to the investors.
