Pre Market Report:

Pre Market Report:
- US markets closed in Green after many days.
- Crude and Gold continued to fall.
- Most Asian markets are following US.
- SGX Nifty hit a high of about 8050, same as yesterday's high here.
- But cooled off later and now trading around 8030.
- Though global cues are positive, we have very bad local cues.
- Coal block cancellation is one blow, Gas price hike deffered is another blow.
- On top of it, both FIIs and DIIs have sold in cash market.
- So with positive global cues and negative local cues, our markets are likely to be highly volatile but likely to close plus or minus half a percent.
- Energy stocks will be under pressure as Gas price hike is deffred.
- PSU Banks likely to be under pressure due to loan exposure to coal block related companies.
- Nifty, as I have stated earlier, likely to expire between 7900 and 8100.
- If there is any short covering, it may expire around 8060.
