Pre Market Report:
- US markets fell due to Greece issue.
- Asian markets are mixed.
- SGX Nifty hit a low of 8462.
- Now it is trading around 8500.
- Today it is the turn of DLF, which has declared bad results. Also CCI problem and AAP winning election in Delhi will add fuel to the fire.
- It seems that one can confidently short the counters declaring results. Uniformly all the results have been bad (but GDP is growing fastest in the world).
- Today all these do not matter, only Delhi election results.
- But you should not be surprised if amrkets shoot up in the afternoon even if AAP wins Delhi election.
- Markets are extremely over sold, short covering may set in at any time.
- Put buyers almost doubling their money on day to day basis.
- Bad global cues, bad local cues, huge selling by FIIs in both cash and F&O market, key technical levels are broken, so everything looks bearish.
- Usually only at this kind of situation, people who are looking to invest for long term will enter the markets.
- If any big brother like LIC enters then only short covering will come.
- When BJP looses, markets falling significantly, may not be good for BJP. So they may instruct DIIs to support the market.
- Anyway markets are trading at attractive level for long term investors, most of the large cap stocks have corrected by 20% to 30%.
- By the time markets open, the trend will be clear so gap down or gap up will be there at 9.15 am.
- If the trends are not clear then during the market hours, the volatility will be higher.
