Pre Market Report, February 10, 2015

February 10, 2015
Time: 8.20 am

Pre Market Report:

  1. US markets fell due to Greece issue.
  2. Asian markets are mixed.
  3. SGX Nifty hit a low of 8462.
  4. Now it is trading around 8500.
  5. Today it is the turn of DLF, which has declared bad results. Also CCI problem and AAP winning election in Delhi will add fuel to the fire.
  6. It seems that one can confidently short the counters declaring results. Uniformly all the results have been bad (but GDP is growing fastest in the world).
  7. Today all these do not matter, only Delhi election results.
  8. But you should not be surprised if amrkets shoot up in the afternoon even if AAP wins Delhi election.
  9. Markets are extremely over sold, short covering may set in at any time.
  10. Put buyers almost doubling their money on day to day basis.
  11. Bad global cues, bad local cues, huge selling by FIIs in both cash and F&O market, key technical levels are broken, so everything looks bearish.
  12. Usually only at this kind of situation, people who are looking to invest for long term will enter the markets.
  13. If any big brother like LIC enters then only short covering will come.
  14. When BJP looses, markets falling significantly, may not be good for BJP. So they may instruct DIIs to support the market.
  15. Anyway markets are trading at attractive level for long term investors, most of the large cap stocks have corrected by 20% to 30%.
  16. By the time markets open, the trend will be clear so gap down or gap up will be there at 9.15 am.
  17. If the trends are not clear then during the market hours, the volatility will be higher.
