Pre Market Report:

1. US markets closed flat with negative bis.
2. But Asian markets are up as South Korea cuts interest rates.
3. SGX Nifty is trading around 8770.
4. Insurance related stocks will be in focus as Insurance bill be passed today.
5. Yesterday both DIIs and FIIs have sold in cash market.
6. But some kind of technical bounce is due.
7. There may be some kind of short covering towards the end of the day.
8. IIP and Inflation data are due in the evening.
9. So there may be gap up or gap down tomorrow, so traders may like to square off their short positions ahead of those key data.
10. Markets may not make big moves on closing basis until next Wednesday.
11. Next Thursday, markets will react to Fed statement.
12. Today Nifty future is expected to trade between 8720 and 8840.
