1. Many people want to know the details about subscription.
2. First, we are not like any other advisory company who charge huge sum of money and give momentum trading ideas.
3. Ours is selling options which requires margin payment.
4. In short, investment is more and the return is just decent, no high returns.
5. One need a minimum of Rs 10 Lakh investment. (My investment model is based on this amount)
6. Then you need to open a trading account with my broker.
7. This is necessary as my calculation of profit is based only on 'Span Margin'. Usually all brokers charge both 'Span Margin' and 'Exposure Margin'.
8. For those who do not know about Span Margin and Exposure Margin, simply saying, other brokers will charge about Rs 13000 per lot for selling Nifty option whereas my broker will charge about Rs 6500.
9. Our brokerage will be Rs 12 per lot for Bank Nifty and Rs 20 per lot for Nifty. There are some low cost brokers charge even lower than this but they will charge full Margin. If you pay full margin, then your return will be half. Considering the waiver of Exposure Margin, this is a very low brokerage.
10. Our aim is to keep the brokerage low so that the cost per share is less than Rs 1 per share incuding all other charges like STT, Service Tax, SEBI Charges, Turnover Charges etc.
11. Since Bank Nifty lot is 30 (from November), brokerage on buy side Rs 12, sell side Rs 12 and along with other charges, it will be less than Rs 30.
12. Similarly, Nifty lot size is 75, buy side brokerage Rs 20, sell side Rs 20 and including all other charges, it will be less than Rs 50 per lot.
13. Other charges will be very low as we are dealing only with options.
14. You should only be selling options. If you play with futures, then you will be required to pay 'Exposure Margin' also.
15. My charges will be Rs 1000 per month (12 months advance amount is required) for every Rs 10 Lakh invested.
16. Strategies will be sent to you by mail and follow up will be through Yahoo Messenger during market hours.
17. Our aim is to get 4 to 6% return per month for the investment.
