Pre Market Report:

1. US markets closed higher.
2. Though DOW was lower in the first half, closed higher at the end of the day.
3. Trump decided markets should go up.
4. Agreement with EU was given as a reason.
5. Remember same agreement was reported with China few months before.
6. But later no respect was given to that agreement, unilaterally US announce tariff against China.
7. SGX Nifty briefly traded above 11180, which should be all time high.
8. Since the agreement was with Europe not with China, China and Hong Kong markets did not respond positively.
9. After China opened down, SGX Nifty also fell and now trading around 11160.
10. As long as Nifty future trades above 11150, we can expect all time high closing today.
11. Kotak Bank and HDFC bank both have fallen after the results.
12. If there is any short covering in these two stocks , there may be some sharp up move in Bank Nifty is the last half an hour.
13. Out side banking space, stocks like Infy, Reliance, ITC all index heavy weights are looking good.
14. The probability of markets moving higher is more than moving lower.
15. At the same time, we can not say FIIs will not book the profits.
16. Yesterday once again they have sold for more than Rs 1000 crore in Cash market.
17. Be ready for volatile markets.
18. I have sold 11050PE, 11000PE in Nifty, huge quantities.
19. Call options I did not sell as the premiums at 100 point away was too little.
20. Similarly I have sold lot of Bank Nifty 26800PE, 26700PE, 26600PE and 26500PE.
21. In the Call side I sold 27300CE, 27400CE, 27500CE.
22. Since markets are opening slightly higher, my positions should give good profit.
23. My recommendation of Titan has given good return, about Rs 50,000 per lot.
24. In the beginning of the month, my recommendation of ratio spread in Bank Nifty also gave full profit.
25. Today as long as 11120 is not broken, remain bullish.
26. Nifty future is likely to trade between 11120 and 11180 until 3 pm and there can be some sharp move either side after 3 pm.
