Pre Market Report:

1. S markets closed higher.
2. This is despite Boeing falling so much due to its plane crash.
3. Asian markets are all positive.
4. SGX Nifty is trading around 11260.
5. Finally broad based rally has started.
6. FIIs have bought for close to Rs 4000 crores in Cash market.
7. This is the highest figure in 2019, if I am not wrong.
8. So far we were moving higher despite Global markets moving down.
9. Now Global markets are also joining the party.
10. Reliance has shot up nearly 100 points in the few days.
11. ITC is also supporting.
12. Bank Nifty is just one percent below all time high.
13. High Dividend stocks are shooting up.
14. OMCs are shooting up despite higher crude prices.
15. Mid caps and Small caps are doing even better.
16. I will not be surrised if Nifty hits all time high before May 23.
17. I started selling Put options aggressively.
18. Safe to sell PEs below 11000.
19. Sold Bank Nifty 27000 straddle and selling lot of put options to manage that.
20. Yesterday I have gone long also to manage that positions.
21. Markets are opening gap up, moreover it has run up so fast, profit booking can happen anytime.
22. But any fall of 40 to 50 points is right time to initiate long positions.
23. I sold 1200, 1240, 1280PE in Reliance.
24. I sold 280PE in ITC.
25. Sold Nifty 11100, 11150PE in weekly options.
26. Sold Nifty 11000PE in monthly options.
27. Earlier I bought Nifty 1100CE and sold 3X11300CE. If Nifty touches 11300, then I will book profits in 11100CE and will sell 11300PE to convert the positions to Short Straddle.
28. Markets may consolidate at higher levels.
29. Nifty future may trade between 11220 and 11320.
30. Bank Nifty future may trade between 28000 and 28200.
